The following is a description of the benefits that you will be eligible for as a fulltime regular non-exempt employee of Acumen Enterprises, Inc.

Paid Holidays:
The following holidays are observed by Acumen Enterprises, Inc.:
• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day (2days)
• Christmas Day

Paid Time Off (PTO days)
Time off with pay is available to eligible employees after 90 days.
90 days to 1 year 5 days
1 to 3 years 10 days
4+ years 15 days

​

IRA Plan:
After one week of employment
The IRA plan is funded by both the employee and company contributions. Acumen Enterprises, Inc. will make a matching contribution equal to your salary reduction contributions up to a limit of 3% of your compensation for the year.

Insurance:
Medical / Prescription & Dental
After 60 days of employment
Acumen Enterprises, Inc. pays for 40% of employee’s cost of the base plan; employee pays 100% of their dependent cost.
